2. You body should be well prepared and maintained by running practice .At least run 2-3 hour daily.Increase your speed by day by day policy.

3.For cracking written exam read "aggarwal" and "chanchal ghosh's" book thoroughly.

4.For cracking interview of police service read the general questions from science,arts.
5. Mainly prepare for physical exam because maximum of the people get disqualified in this stage,Run hard in daily basis.
